HEADSET CARE:
Rain, sweat, spilt gels and drinks can work their way into the head set bearings and cause serious corrosion affecting the steering performance of your TF1.

To maximise the life of your head set bearings we recommend to remove the top cap and drop the fork following the procedures in the User Manual. Inspect the bearings, clean, dry and re-grease with a liberal coating of copper grease. This maintenance should be done once a month or after a wet race or training. Do not pressure wash or use WD40 in bearing locations such as the the headset/pivot box, bottom bracket or the wheel hubs, this will remove the grease which provides valuable protection and lubrication.
