Rico is a young gun with much potential from Germany. Seven years ago he switched from swimming to triathlon. The following years he picked up the basic speed on the short distance. In 2023 he will race more middle distance races with the goal of qualifying for 70.3 World Championship. His biggest inspiration is Jan Frodeno. He wants to grow as an athlete together with Kú Cycle to dominate the triathlon world.
